Oversees the department’s budget, policies and procedures, performance management, workforce planning and strategic planning.

IT Engineering Technology and Service Management

Provides network architecture and infrastructure necessary to meet the County's data computing needs.

IT Quality Services

Oversees the County's IT systems to ensure they perform as intended.

IT Security and Compliance

Designs, implements and maintains the security systems and infrastructure necessary to protect and secure data and information systems.

IT Service Strategy and Architecture

Helps execute IT service delivery through business systems analysis and technology project management.

Service Development
