Department Leadership

Keith Gregg is the chief information officer (CIO) for Mecklenburg County.  He is responsible for providing IT solutions and services to the entire enterprise that are flexible, engaging, and innovative.  

He joined the County in 2015 as CIO. Previously, Keith served as vice president of Global Delivery Centers for Development, QA and Support/Maintenance from Lowe’s Companies Inc. Keith also served as vice president of Kohls.com, Multichannel Kiosks and Enterprise Logistic Systems at Kohl’s Department Stores, Inc. 

Keith is a graduate of Worcester State College, in Worcester, Mass.
